Hello! I just came back from Bangkok last night. I love the svc apt hotel stay – swimming pool, sauna, gym, cafe right at our door step! As expected, I bought lots of clothes. They were all so cheap and clothes were everywhere!! I wish I would buy more though! Haha…
Plantinum mall, MBK, night markets have all those clothes which you see selling at Bugis street and at online shopping sites.. I think clothes sites owners are really earning a loT! One dress probably cost 100 baht (~4 sgd) but they sell it at an avg of 25 bucks!! I am resisting those online clothes shop for a while now!
Foodwise, both Tyler and I think that food court and small stores selling food taste better compared to restaurants. Prior to the trip, I searched online forum and there were a lot of ppl raving on Somboon restaurant, Namsing restaurant. So we took great lengths to find the restaurants but the food was quite a disappointment and it was expensive too! Surely we can find better ‘zi cha’ over at M’sia for cheaper price!Thumbs down for Nam Sing’s birdnest too. Next time I surely won’t recommend anyone to go to restaurants at BKK. Really waste of money lo.
Last but not lesat….I must really thank Tyler for accompany me to shop and go wherever I want to. Such a great comfort! But he was so wore out and his legs were breaking from walking the whole day, the entire trip! Xoxo.
